We are so excited to bring Wonderlights down south to capture your hearts with our symphony of light and magic.
The Magic of Winter theme will transform Fota House and Gardens into a mesmerising winter wonderland, filled with large illuminated sculptures of arctic animals, meadows of glowing winter flowers, and an enchanting frozen forest. One of the highlights of this experience, will be the stunning projection mapping onto Fota House, where visitors will witness the building come to life with scenes of a grand Christmas celebration. From snow-covered gardens to festive interiors, immersing audiences in the magic of the season.
Be prepared to marvel at the magic in the beautiful Gardens and surroundings of Fota House, running from Nov 16th .
Alpine Food & Drink Village
Get ready to satisfy your festive food cravings with our exciting new addition to the Wonderlights experience – the Alpine Food & Drinks Village.
No need to worry about going hungry during your visit; Set amidst a cozy atmosphere with picnic benches and twinkling festoon lights, our Alpine Food & Drinks Village is the perfect place to take a break. It will be open every evening of the event, so you can treat yourself to some delightful bites before or after your walk by Wonderlight.

We work in close partnership with the grounds staff of Fota House to enhance the natural features of the woodland areas and maintain the integrity of the parklands.
Our show will be powered by hydrotreated vegetable oil (HVO). Considered one of the cleanest fuel alternatives, HVO eliminates CO2 emissions by up to 90%. In line with this, all our lights use the most energy-efficient bulbs available.
In selecting Fota House we are advocating accessibility by public transport. While there is a car park, the location is served by numerous bus routes and the train, which we encourage our visitors to choose where they can.
